Since I'm new I don't know much about the different runes (apparently there are a hell of a lot!) so I'd like to ask you for any rune which is playable in K'thir Forest, if possible.

well... if not fan faire, tog and kayia (i don't know the value of the rune, it just looks cool and I play corgis), maybe anything LE from KF?
would be also nice to have snaptooth ancient with santa claus hat, or those baby furbuls? these are the only runes that stops me from playing ST, cause I have no chance of getting that with my budget
