Lightning is the Hyaenids. Its not OP, but it is very strong! Try out a spark crone with static bracelet and storm acolyte for lol. Lightning is balanced, but the new voil StormSpear is a glass cannon without much damage so be careful how you use him. He is more a speed demon than anything else. The new Hyaenid Stormreader is the best thing we have gotten in ages!
