The majority of those are summons which in turn like the Haunting Spirit is a variation of an existing rune. We were talking more about the distinctly unique runes.
According to the tomes of Pox Nora that outburst resulted in exile to the pits of silence. The pits of silence were discontinued in 2009. They will be missed. Once we finish up the new game client and we can move back to our normal production schedule we will have to look into some of those other runes and their general viability for revival.
