Here is what happens : My Lonx Marauder with cripple and Hunter : Crippled hits a target and puts a 10 rounds debuff. Next turn the target's defense is lowered by one and it's timer debuff is set to 9. My turn, Lonx Marauder hits this target, the timer debuff is reset to 10 but the defense is reset to the target's base defense.
