I had a unit with Whirl of Blades and Manic trapped up against a corner. At the end of turn, it attacked three times, once for Manic, and twice for Whirl of Blades (attacking each adjacent champion) for a total of 3 free attacks. It looks like Manic causes the champion to disengage and reengage without moving, which doesn't make much sense to me. It feels like if it is next to a champion, it should ignore the whole "trying to move" thing and just attack. This may not be a bug and just be a good interaction, but the way it is worded made me think otherwise.
