Well deep wounds are kinda strong mechanic compared to lets say assassinate.You do around the same dmg with deep wound after 2-3 hits ( depends on champion) like a skill that's 10 nora per rank ( very expensive) that you need to be in stealth and don't get detected and you must spend 1 extra ap that have cd on it.
See how complicated assassinate mechanic is to this passive deep wound that does close to same

 

I stopped running manslayers because they're not fun to play with or against. Then I proceeded to get rolled by two other UD players, both running manslayers, one going for the brand + cloak and the other for double echoes. Did not improve my opinion of the rune

Let's see how many champions SL has who have these abillities:

Stall : 0
Hit & run : 1 (skeez bolter)
Teleport : 1 (acid dartwing)
Leap : 5 AND mutation: leap on draksar persecutor!.
Leap is pretty abundant in general, mostly because it's FS a boghopper racial.

 

You just park a Skeez Warguard in front of it and hope you can out-trade 5spd vs 7.

 

SL has Warguard for cheaper. Likely the best counter there is.

 

33% hmm... Deep elf tracker is too strong I agree. Saying man slayer is op is a joke so... Yes reduce wound to 33% but decrease the exile and manslayer Nora cost making them both viable and nerfing tracker good talk

 

The Exile is capable of being a serious killing machine. Tag a couple of units with the 'Nid, drop disease breath and there is lots of DEATH!
Add Havoc's and Zealotry for lots of fun.

Nerf UD

 

I would like to add my voice to that of the OP. The manslayer is way to good at his 73 nora build. First turn deploy is practically GG. It wrecks almost everything. How is it only 73 nora? This formula costing is way out of wack on this champ. Did someone figure its cost and believe it to be 6 speed when its actually 7 speed?

Please fix. VS UD currently it feels like playing vs the Troll Face. UD needs a toning down. Its way out of wack at the moment. Reduce to +2/+1.
