Run each morning early, then 15 mins on the bag. Never knew how much this did for me till I started travelling alot. At first I wasn't doing this and thought just the traveling was kicking my ass. After working in a run even while traveling I notices a huge difference. No sissy treadmills either. Boot on dirt, bichez. I know this prob sounds foreign, but maybe when you come up out of mom's basement each time you could just traverse the stairs twice.
I don't run, but I do take the stairs at the office. I work on the fifth floor, and I make a point of going outside at lunch time.
i recently started running with the dog in the morning and i have been feeling better ever since. keeping up with the dog is the fun part.
