considering the fact you run Houndmaster, I would add second Death Harvester so you create quite solid beast module.
You have a Houndmaster in there, why? He is an IS champ. Consider the Shadestriker. Great small cost range champ who can pack a punch, and with deception he feeds Serkan nicely + can tie up enemy champs.

Remove the Houndmaster (its not an FW rune) and the Defiler Knight. Then add 2 shadestrikers and Xulos. 2 Mobilisation, 1 ED, 1 Domi, 1 soulreave, 1-2 Steal Life, 1 Haunt is what I would do for spells.
Actually Glad0, Shadestrikers are great in that they are ranged, alt-damage harassers, that GIVE you DMZ's on demand, plus they can use Deception to spawn some illusions for sneaky plays/surge count. You should be use Surge:Liches, since the other upgrades are suboptimal at best. Also, Houndmaster is an IS rune, you are playing FW. Why is he in there in place of a good rune like Librarian? If you are needing spells/relics/equips, your best bets are: 1 Soulreave 1 Domination 1 Essence Drain 1 Haunt 2 Steal Life 2 Mobilization 1 Warbanner 1 Vendetta 5 other spots to fill as you see fit with spells/champs. FW's equips usually aren't that hot, and you don't really need any more relics. EDIT: Forgot about Unholy Tomb, Tome of Hate, and Grim Well. All of those are worth thinking about.
It doesn't matter if you don't like it, META would mean you are trying to win. Trying to win=the best. Shadestrikers are CRAZY good, so you should run them. If I had it my way, I would always run 2 Chopping Blocks, 2 Executioners, and 2 Execution Orders, since I love them. but I can't.
well, you are right! I shall make space for the shadestrikers (NO MATTER HOW MUCH URKING THEY CREATE) . I guess I could replace that houndmaster... sigh, hes such a good rune.
Are you trolling or do you have something to back your opinion up? The fact that one of theese for 3 Ap gives Serkan +4 damage is reason enough to run it.
No, I mean they don't suck at all, its just that I didn't really want to run them (idk why). But your right, they are good...
