New players can't chat without a guild

This is WAI, but that doesn't mean it is ideal. Stuff like this is the type of thing that we can now look at revising since we have Moles and Wraith on the team. We know some things are not ideal right now and we want to address them when able. Adding chat tabs despite seeming simple are actually pretty complex and time intensive to code, but this is something we would like to explore.
