Newbies want runes in their managers, not intangible public decks.

I don't get why anyone would be having an issue getting gold anymore takes me like 12 or 13 days to buy a box for 32k. You get like 2k gold a day from just the dailies so if your new and wanna play a game free idk what the excuse is.

 

Just give 'em some runes to start toying with. We all loved that back in our days, I recall the Executioners and Redcap Twins from my first "BG". It was Bane Shift, but it was mine.

 

Just make the runes trade-locked, like the recent promos. People can customize the decks, but abusing it isn't as easy. I agree, making your own deck should be a fun part of the new user experience.
