Nimbus Torque Shattered Peaks Equipment Appearance: An elaborately crafted, heavy copper neck ring that resembles a slender Cyclonic Fesh with a gaping maw at either of its ends. Along the fesh are glyphs reminiscent of clouds, storms, and lightning. A wild spark jumps the gap between ends. Gist: Simple, straightforward Lightning support rune. It helps to offset the theme's expensive runes, while also healing the bearer with an added RANGE bonus for units that already have Storm Acolyte (which works great alongside Spark Curse's -1 SPD debuff and Static Aura on the Stormflyer). The equipped unit also gets general utility outside of Lightning BGs, simply because of SP's overall selection of good Electricity units. Note that the unit doesn't have to have an Electrical attack itself to trigger the "Call to Arms" function, and it may be a good alternative to Tempest Crowns for key champs near death, as it allows the unit to escape and still heal. The equip is relatively cheap, as it gets a lot of its utility from lessening costs for units. Cost: 25 Effect: Equipped champion has Storm Acolyte. It also gains +2 MAX RNG if it already had Storm Acolyte. Whenever equipped champion makes a successful basic attack, the next champion you deploy with Attack: Electricity or Attack: Mouth Lightning costs 2 less nora (this effect stacks).
