Theyre not really a theme, the discipline synergy is a joke. I would just run a meta with multiple noh kan do champs if you like the ability.

I haven't gathered the courage to try it in pvp yet but it works on the daily skirmishes well though thats not saying much. I would welcome advice from more experienced players on improving this bg.
I am using the frostseer with snow strike, the shaman with commander and cleanse, the pilgrim with no kan do, the icecliff patrol with detect 3, the maiden with heal mass 3, and the shardmasters with vulnerable, and the arctic delegate with amp frost
