Nora Gem and Endless Devotion

How can booth abilities cost 2 nora? Nora Gem is clearly better but does cost the same.
Please drop Endless Devotion completely and give them all Nora Gem.

nora gem should cost more or endless devotion should be 1 nora.

 

about Nora Gem...theres a lot of bugs with it..and its not clear if its WAI or a bug actually
Sometimes you can chain a Gem ability to another Gem via another Gem (like X - - - - - - X - - - - - -X)
And sometimes it doesnt work, sometimes also they keep the Gem abililty forever...

 

I think gem chaining would be cool if WAI considering all endless devotion champs do require a jakei within 4 spaces anyways.
