Nora Seep will deploy Nora globes inside the font square itself. It will also drop Nora globes on top of champions, and are not picked up.
And if you have a soul collection unit or a despoil patch where one of the globes is deployed, those effects don't grab it untill the soul collection champion moves or despoil zone increases.
A related problem is that fact that relics don't pick up nora globes and also block them from being picked up unless/until the relic is destroyed. I'd like to see that changed if they are changing nora globe spawning and pickup behavior.
Well we will have to fix that won't we. Thanks for reporting this issue. For the time being this is working as intended.
Yeah, I figured it was intended to work that way, but if a change in the intent is considered in the future, I'd favor allowing relics to pick up nora balls, since summons and things can.
