Not getting runes from skirmish

Nice to see they fixed it. I was so sad when my Xulos and tomb lord were not in my collection after some skirmishes. Hope i get them again

 

Yeah will we get our rewards either way?

Well you make around 1000-1500 gold a day so that should be compensated and at least 2 plat tokens cuz of ranked games

 

and what about previous rewards? I got like 4 exo's from skirmishes :'(.

Since I've just started playing Pox Nora, I will be in a severely gimped positions if I do not receive them, being unable to use the gold I otherwise would have gained, and the runes I should have been rewarded, to start building my decks for actual play. Without those rewards, I should just delete the account I have and start over, because a false start isn't a position I should have to play from.

 

Gotta say what an unfortunate timing for something like this will all the new players.

 

So if I understand this correctly, runes earned now will show up properly but runes earned within the past 3 days do not and will not unless you manually add them? So it's not like those runes just don't show up, they are not in the account in the first place.

There is precedent for giving a nice lump sum of gold to compensate. I also think maybe there should be some shards for lost runes. A combination of both would go a long way towards keeping what I consider a good start for Desert Owl's customer relations in this community.

 

I say a free Harb should just about do it.

 

3 days = about 6000-10k(anything above 6k = for the inconvinience) gold would do and 200-500 shards would do in my opinion.
