Can we please have champion bases back?

 

Please no... the game looks a lot more sleek and sexy without them. Do you remember how bad they looked?

 

I still liked it more with them. Made them look more like tabletop miniatures.

 

Eh, it's a matter of preference. I don't like them, so if nothing else, it's be a nice option.

 

Agreed. Tickbox on/off would be great to satisfy both parties.

I would definitely prefer the old UI. Rather have a list of abilities than a giant spread out list of icons some of which are shared

 

I would like the ability to turn them on but think the game looks better with them off. that said low priority for me.

 

It's a cosmetic change. Let's keep moving forward.

 

I really liked them, but the health bars are much more important. To bring them back would require finding a way to display the health bars on the bases, which is kind of non-trivial. Not impossible, but tricky.

There should be an option to enable this as a graphical feature, but it shouldn't be default.

 

i was so happy the day they did away with the bases......no idea why anyone would want that back. i for one dont though.

 

I guess it's a matter of taste then. I love the bases, they give the game a very classy board game feel. But I don't love them enough to give up health bars...

 

When I first started playing pox what really made it cooler for me was seeing the bases felt more like a strategy game to me and plus I always liked seeing the rarity of champs also pretty cool. Besides some of the older champs just look ******** standing on the ground doesn't look like they were made for it at all..
