Offering FQ ---> counts as a loss

    Just saw this game where Cydna offered a FQ to another guy as the other guy had to go.

    After the other guy accepted the FQ Cydna lost 17 rating, the other guy gained 17.

    What's up with that? I assume this is a bug?

    Sorry, just saw this - Sounds like just an observer bug (unless Cydna actually surrendered)

    I'll get @Senshu to verify this, but this would be a very low priority issue.

    We looked into this regarding friendly quit, and the proper values seem to be shown for the observer. It may have been that one surrendered to the other because in observer there is no differentiation between the FQ and Surrender on the end of match screen.
