On the topic of bugs and incomplete strings... When you hit "N" to view Terrain types, then mouseover Ooze (Because I could've sworn it had an AP sapping effect or something I couldn't remember), all it says is lowerhud.terraindescription.ooze Nor exactly informative.
It does not, and to my knowledge never had an AP sapping effect. I think you are remembering impending terrain or something. I know that sometimes the new terrain that lays on top of the old one lets the impending penalties of the ones underneath to take effect sometimes. I play with both Grid, Extra information on so I am usually aware terrain wise. GG while in game if you didn't know.
Well, that was all just back story, explaining why I hit the "N" button. Sorry for apparently confusing you with what I was trying to report. To be more clear, The mouseover for Ooze says "lowerhud.terraindescription.ooze" instead of something helpful or informative.
