Pounce works even if champ is blinded

Pounce is not an attack. It just relocates and deals damage to adjacent enemies.

 

This. Blinded only stops the champ from attacking. So pounce would only be stopped if it said "relocate to target space and attack all adjacent enemies with a basic attack".

 

I understand it's very illogical, but you are in Poxanthuru where the impossible makes sense because the description doesn't tells the truth behind Pox physics.

 

Pounce is an area effect, similar to a cone or beam. Area effects cannot miss.

 

Pounce can also pounce on top of an invisible relic while doing damage to it and the champion that was next to it. The champ doesn't move just loses ap.
