Poxnora Migration

Hi,

Can someone help regarding the account migration process? When I click to migrate my account i get an error message:
Error Messages:

• The key specified is invalid or has already been used.

What am I supposed to do?

 

When you log into poxnora.com

Please use the username that you would see inside of the game, your PoxNora In Game Username

Not your SOE Log in.

 

So is PoxNora In game Username the one I use to log-in to poxnora? If thats so thats the one I used.

 

For example, let's say my SOE login was IAmAFish

but in PoxNora, you see me as KTCAOP


When you go to poxnora.station.sony.com, I will log in with IAmAFish, get my code, transfer over, put in my email and password.

However, when I log in here at Poxnora.desertowlgames.com

I will log in using KTCAOP as my username.

 

I have not logged in in over a few months so how do i figure out what my PoxNora log in is?

 

It may have been sent to you in one of the confirmation emails.

 

Oh i see. Thanks for the help. I just managed to log in but all of my gold is gone =(
Is it supposed to be this way or are we to be refunded?

 

I'm not really sure about that. My gold transferred fine though there have been some issues of people randomly gaining or losing gold. Worse to worse, I'd suggest trying to send a support ticket if it doesn't resolve itself over the next 24 hours.
