Problems transferring my account

    When trying to transfer my account it tells me that my email is already in use but it says that my account doesn't exist. How do I fix this? Username is Jlittle

    Are you using your SOE login name or are you using your PoxNora In Game Username?

    If you check your email with the transition email it should list your Pox Nora in Game Username in the email (it may be in your promotional folder if you are using the new Gmail).
