   When a Skeezick Blackguard that has any ranks of tough as a result of blackguard banners being in play is purged he looses all stacks of tough and the accompanying damage he has on him despite the banners still being in play.
   
   As a result you can end up with numerous Blackguard Banners in play with 0 benefit to them.
