Had three different moments yesterday where Purging Flames did not cleanse/dispel. 1. Utterdark Specter used phase shift to become incorporeal. Bok Raider hit him with basic attack while Minotaur Stoker was within 5 spaces of both champs. Target remained incorporeal. 2. Firk Mindweaver used Entangle on Minotaur Stoker. Stoker cast Flame Siphon on itself and remained Ensnared. 3. Bok Raider was Ensnared, Minotaur Stoker cast Flame Siphon on Raider but it remained with the condition. The weird part of this is that it used to work just fine...
Just a note that damage must be taken for the champion to be cleansed/dispelled. Not sure if that is relivent or not here.
