Horror: Shadow People, Absentia, The Darkest Hour(reminds me of Metro 2033:Last Light) Comedy: Nothing great Action: Hobbit 2, Django Unchained Etc: Godzilla (If you can Pirate it) Isn't much going out there. Those movies have a year or 2 in date but are well worth the watch. I highly recommend Shadow People. Really good spooky movie.
Godzilla seems like an awesome movie to go see. It looks epic, WITH a store line. Also, why is this in General Discussion?
because it's nothing special? we've all seen it atleast 3 times. Look up statistics on pirating, movie pirates are much more likely to pay for movies than music pirates as well as normal movie goers. As i said, $20(Conservative number not including the horrifying prices for food and drinks) for something below the departed is simply not worth it. will you pay for Lego movies as well? o.0 is a Lego movie worth as much as a batman movie? or for more consistency inception? Good movies do get rewarded with an audience still don't worry?
This Friday I am going to a Imax 3D premier of Godzilla which will take the better half of 100$. I am a loyal movie fan, but before I spend 100$ on a movie, I watch it prior. If the movie is worth my money to see it and later on buy it, I will buy it. I've gone to see to many lemons, which were horribly done, so now I pirate first and then I will make the decision of whether or not to support it. If you are that foolish with your money, I guess I support you. You are helping the economy circulate, but I rather spend my hard earn cash on other stuff that I know I will enjoy for a solid period of time.
Yes, Lego movie was worth the price of admission. I'll be buying it as soon as it comes out too. The worst part of the movie was when it ended and I realized that I'm 33 and I didn't have a pile of Legos waiting at home to pay with.
