One feature I thought could improve how champions were costed was if racials and other champion-specific abilities (such as revere or boost) to be put as upgrades. This way they wouldn't be sandbags if you didn't use other champions of the same race, but it doesn't remove the functionality entirely. It looks like this has happened in many cases, so I wanted to post that I appreciate what I have seen so far.
For me it is not. If Creep and Crawl cost 3 nora, Don't complain about it being forced upon you. That 3 nora should be your penalty if you choose to use it out of theme.
