Each opposing champion takes 1 damage for each rune they currently have on cooldown. I just wanted to remind jellebrium players that there is a global damage 35 nora spell in fs. What do you think of it? I don't want to open a discussion about should it be reworked or looked on by devs. I just want to know would you use it in a 1v1 game in current existing state. I know it could be devastating when you put four copies of it to a 2v2 jellebrium match. especially when it's so cheap. how much (and what kind of? Oo) damage does it usually deal?
