Relocate Blood Ball will let you target inaccessible spaces. Drain the AP and then do nothing but set the ability on cooldown. On top of that maybe blood balls shouldnt be able to spawn on inaccessible area?
The name also bothers me a bit, since relocate otherwise means you relocate something to next to you (relocate relic, foe, ally, demon). It has more in common with the seeker abilities, but unfortunately there is already bloodseeker which triggers off the bloodied condition. Perhaps 'seek: bloodball'?
