Yeah, I can confirm. An opposing melee unit gets RNG 2-1, instead of RNG 1, and so the melee unit is useless (i.e. the attack RNG is invalid and so can't attack for 6 turns). The spell gives Purified and yet the condition is not cleansed away (it must be considered a condition that needs to be dispelled?). The in-game description of the condition also stated the old effect, not the current one. Can we get this rune disabled from ranked until a fix happens? @Senshu

 

This spell is being abused in rank to disable opposing champions, BTW.

 

LOL this game..... if u dont abuse the system and exploit bugs u dont get ahead. Bugs and exploiters kill my fun.
