Rock trap sometimes doesnt stun multiple champs, in the combat log it says that it is stunned, but its not lol Exemple: Rock trap proc on the moving champs, affect a second champ in range, the moving champs is always stunned, but the other one isnt You can reproduce that easily by enslaving a champion, deploying a rock trap, and end your turn, the enslaved champ get stunned, but the other one in range isnt
