Ronin Armageddon Patch Notes 2015 : The Kneejerkening

Bunch of minor increases on a bunch of stuff, Spur being the more obvious one. Sermon now works on a shared race system so I fully expect IS to get it this patch (and promptly get it nerfed). All the bombs got +1 CD so that kinda sucks. Skeez Warcry got -2 wee.

Magma Elemental having fire eater was the most exciting change for me.
New Vothsair, new Mino, New Deep elfs. I guess the bloodbow is another beast and bleed champ.

"Sismic disturbance" i think we finally got a spell that do smomething with sand instead of just terraforming with it

Dartwing : omg ranged bug. of course it had to have dissipate but whatever, ITS RANGE. Hella paper.
Daggerpede : that whole X : Equipped thingie is hella dumb but whatever. It's like Sunderpede 2.0. With a Firking dumb name.
Coordinator : woohoo support champ guess Matriarch wasn't enough. Nice stuff going on but Autophobia is kinda major... guess we're running drones now?
Mindwarp : i dont know wtf
Serpentfly : I dig it, Hunter Crippled wins the most useless ability award in ever but even with stasis, I dig this ugly thing.

The spell : looks useless

The relic : is more than useless

The equip : biggest noob trap since Rage Band. Should terrorize UC league

overall : C-

Imo the relic is deceptively bad.

At first glance, woo pupae for 10 nora, much op.

The problem is it's already 1 round longer to have the drone show up. You need to place it well out of combat, lest it get destroyed, which means the drones will spawn way or of the fight.

Also you need to have 3 pupae drop to make it more cost effective than just playing the pupae relic.

 

More excited for the new champs, more so than that relic. I can probably stick with champs pooping forth more drones/maybe the actual pupae relic.​

 

See you don't take out the pupae relic, you just add one myx hive relic to the bg

 

I stand corrected : Hunter Crippled is not useless. It's pretty good on a 3-5 champ with Sunder.

Oh I got ya, yeah it worked pretty well..... Although he kept killing the pupae from it, used the attacks it diverted to my advantage.... Thx tho

 

Was there a preview of a guy with a crossbow? can't remember if there was and I can't find it so i may be imaging stufz.

Anyway this expansion is kind of cool because new stuff. but.

for me i would have prefered something to take draksar out of nearly shoebox instead of focusing on one theme for some factions
its cool though for folks that like the insect/sand theme though I suppose.
