    chickenpox2 I need me some PIE!

    Like I suggested 25% is 3-4 with average of 12-15 cd also there should be a cap of minimum of 8/9 so champions lower like imps don't benefit too much if they have lower than 10 cd
    @IMAGIRL what do you think?

    In my opinion. Immortality is too much of a benefit, and there should be a cap if it effects spells/relics/equips aswell. Other then those 2 limits I don't really mind what happens.
