Rune pool and Rune store

Is it legal to put a link to website that has rune pool or rune store here?

 

There are already threads for Fan Sites and stores and I will be posting up the rune pool once I fix it.

Currently the rune pool is broken. I am working on fixing it. Thus there is no link to it.

Historically it's been called the Training Grounds Rune Pool… but after the various acquisitions and times it has been absorbed, it's kind of grown to just be… a Rune Pool.
