aren't core C/UC/R now worth half what expanded C/UC/R are worth? won't the pool need to reflect this? to keep players from trading in core runes for expanded runes as easily? or will the stocking and overstocking rules force players who want to exploit the system to actually end up helping the system and making the pool healthier and more full?
The rune pool is designed with the new player in mind. For the most part, I, at the moment, don't expect too much of a shift due to how the packs work. Because of that, I wanted to simply it and run to see how it is currently works out. If I start to notice players trying to abuse the system, then I will make changes accordingly. You do have a point though, but yes, that is what the overstock rules are attempting to dissuade.
