is there a place where i can check the value of each rune for trading i used to use poxbox but they shut down
The cash store is still operational, so you can calculate a relative price between two runes. (Some of the runes that are out of stock have their price set at $0, so it won't work for all runes.) For forgeable runes, as long as you can get what you want in the trader for less than what it would cost you to forge it, you are doing OK.
