Yes, I did. My second post's test centered on that Handler in the middle of my image (you can see the sand is centered on him). ~ So in your image there, it hit 3 out of 4 units we'd expect it to hit?
Can confirm there is some kind of bug. Cast it twice on a group of units and the two on the very edge werent not damaged or debuffed whereas the other two closer to centre were hit.
Based on the screenshots and what is being described, I am suspecting it might be that the AE of Sand is 4 but the AE of damage is 3? Will verify.
Confirmed. The damage area appears to be AE3 instead of AE4. Buffing old runes = finding new bugs, yay!
