No, it is up in running, try going to settings in the Launchpad and 'validating game assets' if problems persist I would try uninstalling/reinstalling as that is what fixed it for me.

I had an issue where the game wouldnt allow me to log in. After disabling my firewall launching and then launching the game everything worked. Strangest thing about it was that I couldnt access the website either. Even more strange is that it was blocking access on all my computers in my home network. Including an Ipad. I didnt set my desktop up as a NMS but it appears without further research that this was the case. Once I was able to access from my desktop by dropping the firewall it worked on all machines. Just an FYI. Hope it helps.
