Shatter Summons does not activate on Hoarfrost Lich

Clicking the button to activate it does not do anything. No AP deducted. Ability not initiated.

 

I noticed the same thing with jellebrium mediator. It might have something to do with the recent ability name change.

 

@Sokolov get one this pls. Still doesn't work and how else am I supposed to beat other skellie users. Some love pls.

Edit: Getting people saying that it's still not working. Haven't tested it myself.
