I suppose discussing which equipments should be put into that ability, its CD, AP, RANGE are very subjective, but flavorwise I think he could be something like Spirit. ofcourse, it doesn't fit THIS artwork, but I can see it. so the way I see it could be polished: Spirit race interesting upgrades re-thinking what equipments could be generated. I think Crystal Spike could be instead of Heart (in your suggestion). making it 0 DMG champion (without basic attack) Hero
having a moving armory is nice but a moving armory that can't defend itself is bad.. nora cost is already pretty low and I threw call of arms into upgrades I don't want to add on to many abilities and have to make a cheap equipment champ go up in nora cost... I'll take in some of your new suggestions and contemplate EDIT: thought call of arms was Leverage Beast <now added to upgraded abilities along side call of arms>
Updated for (new) ability replacement upgrade style added frost cone - 1 and freezing aura to base renamed Sif's Judgement to Sif's Bestowal
