This spell works because it has a 3 turn cooldown, costs 15 mana (10 with favor), and charges Surge: Moga. It kind of sucks, but also is a whole lot of fun. When you get a Librarian out, you're pretty much demanding answers. Got the idea off of Spe720's comment in this thread.

How funny, I have an elemental SP/SL deck. Get a second Bunny Lord and another Zemi of the Elements, try to narrow down a little more, probably to fire/elementals.
