For champions, I would say adding Crossbones since they're cheap range and have precision which is nice. Probably drop the Spectral Emissary and Toll Taker. Also, I would drop a Reaper or Berserker to add in an Excavator. Lerper is also pretty good if you have one. For relics, 2x Bone Mine seems overkill. I would drop one to add a Mobi, Anathema, Essence Drain, or something similar. Probably even both if I were to be honest. It's not a bad relic, but since skeleton decks are always tight on deck space, another spell might prove more useful than another relic which will just end up contesting a font (which skeletons have plenty of). But you already have what seems to be the essentials down (Xulos, Boneshredder, Cloak of Skulls, etc) so a lot of it would be down to personal preference depending on how you want to play.
Been running this lately. Bone Mine is really good now, great for dumping on mid font to buy some time. I need a second priest but i keep using them as Poxbox fodder.
