SL Avatar Question

    I was wondering why my level 50 SL avatar have Vicious Blow but doesnt have War Leader. And when i faced an opponent with SL avatar too, his avatar have War Leader but doesnt have Vicious Blow.

    Are these abilities mutually exclusive, if so, how do i choose which ability I want for my avatar? I cant seem to alter it in deck manager.
