Hmmmm no Frost Cone? Maybe we can streamline Serkan a little like this (edited). Added Xulos nora cost! For Moragen, I really don't know what to do with her (she even have an equipment?).
I don't have Moragen, so I can't really speak to her. As for Serkan, I still prefer the choice of debuffs for an upgrade path over jolt. Perhaps Jolt on base and Cripple, Debilitate, Weary on Upgrade Path 2. I think Chain Lightning can be removed. Personally he doesn't need any kind of bomb.

Actually, I'm thinking about a new ability to Serkan, something like this: Touch of the Death (15 nora?): Any champion damaged by this champion's basic attack becomes Crippled, Wearied, and Debilitated. Thoughts?
Where is Weary is the U2 lines? There are two debilitates XD And WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO XULOS? IS THAT A MIRACLE?
I like the idea of the 3 debuffs in one skill, make that like Ancient Corruption or Corruption skill, just for one turn/few turns. Serkan's Touch skill-like on base, remove Frost Cone (Maybe you dev guys add that skill to Hoarfrost Lich? its more alike for him imo) OR Keept Cripple on base, add on the current second path (the frost cone upgrades path) a Debilitate, togheter with Jolt 3 and Chain Lighting. And do something about Draining aura, like remove from ranged champs to start with, was cool when that was just a visual effect. Oh lol, fixed U2's Serkan! Do you liked Xulos? I have thinked about it, but only with Soul Linked there's no scalling power on Statue, it's hard to "buff" it without overpowering too much, hehe.
Would you run him with the 3 debuffs? Hero equips will be changed on next patch, they will be no more, it's not a thing that I want =/
Seriously though, the Statue is probably fine, Xulos just needs to be a better deploy. Edit: Unless Serkan gets some really sick (and cheap) option over Siphon, that's always going to be the best option. Anything else in that particular line is a no-show.
I do think that Statue potential is too slow in currently meta to play with it on ranked, even in a FW mirror match.
It may be too slow. Currently, it averages 1.44 nora-stats a round, with 30 nora overhead and 7.2 instant return. It will therefore take ~15 rounds for a 100% pay-in on Xulos. Increasing it to 3 hp/turn would improve the average yield to 2.16 nora-stats/round, reducing the 100% return time to ~11 rounds. That may be too oppressive, though, as the game increases. Another route would be reducing the Statue's cost to 20 without changing the yield rate. The 100% return time would go to ~9 rounds.
