Kartch is a bit too costly if you ask me but he is still runnable as he is basically the same as always but lost sustain. Glorious Leap doesn't make much sense as it costs quite a bit and requires him to jump into melee range to work. Gekaal is much more cost effective I think. Slick and Buzz sucks though I'm not surprised that he got hit quite hard as what made him good was all the different abilities on him.
