I believe this was an overlooked DOT when the recent changes were implemented. Soultap currently last one turn and is removed before triggering on the enemies turn. To confuse matters, I can get Soultap to occasionally trigger the LoL damage when using Soultap Luminescence on the Crystal Crawler. Not an immediate issue but the tooltip for this ability does not state the duration in any way (historically two turns). Thanks for looking into this, even if I'm the only person to run a deck centered around the DOT
Checked again last night to see in the hotfix solved the problem but Soultap lasting 1 turn remains. I still haven't been able to figure out what scenarios allow it to trigger, but the majority of the time it does not. Hrm, I have not seen other reports on this. I will try to confirm this when I get home later on tonight.
Soultap is bugged. I applied it to Serkan, Obsidian Venger and Mysian Lamia. None of them lost 2 hp at beginning of turn and no Nora was generated.
Backlash is triggering from soul channeling I tried it out today. But is not from soultap the ability or from soultap garnet.
Just confirmed it again in a new game. Soultap condition seems to apply to the enemy champion (icon in conditions) but they do not lose 2 life and they do not generate 2 nora.
Okay, I have added this to our to do list. Odd, when I tested this it was causing me to loos 1 nora per turn, talk about screwy.
