   Dreameater has nora leech. Does it leech the nora gained by opponent from banish?
   
   I tested in a campaign, failed. But I'm still not sure. Maybe bots don't gain nora (since they don't use nora).

   . The nora refund is unaffected by reducing effects. So it should not work.
