Stitched Hex Doll not giving Hex

    yobanchi I need me some PIE!

    Stitched Hex doll grants hex 3 which was axed so it doesn't grant it at all.

    Perhaps change to Hex 2?

    I equiped to an inkblight and no hex was given.
