Yeh a 5 turn cool down is too small for a spell as powerful as tales of valour!

 

Ussually, permanent buff spells are around 40 nora (taint, horrific mutation, etc) and they are worst than tales, maybe a duration would be in order?

 

There it is folks standard cost for permanent effect is 40 nora. so make tales of valor cost 40 nora for a permanent effect or give a turn duration? Will this destroy the powerhouse IS meta?

 

They usually are not reactive with a " need to be hurt to have any effect clause" though. Just to be fair.

 

Taint is 30 Nora, not 40.
