telekinetic thrust & carnivorous vines

Hi Devs,

Not sure if this is a bug or not but if you root a champ with carnivorous vines and then use telekinetic thrust (a knockback effect), it doesn't do damage due to being rooted and unable to move.

I'm pretty sure all the other knockback effects do work with carnivorous vines and do damage so is this maybe a bug?

You are confusing rooted for immobile, aren't you?

I can say for certain it still is not working (just tried it yesterday).
