I'm not sure about the fun vs non-fun idea, but I'm laughing at Blocking Chock Head guy (it has nothing to do with powerlevel of that rune)!
Hentai is anime pron. X-rated with genitals and whatnot. Japan has restrictive censorship laws, so the animation industry fulfills much of the demand for adult entertainment. A show like Naruto or Bleach is generally safe for kids. Violence, but not a lot of gore or foul language, no nudity, the boobies stay in the thongs, etc. A show like Berserk, or Basilisk has a lot of realistic violence, adult language, partial nudity/sex. They are most definitely aimed at an older audience and not for kiddies. But they are not Hentai. It's basically the difference between a PG-13 rating and an R rating in the american system. This is my understanding anyways.
There's anime like Fairy tail, Bleach, Naruto and Yugi-Oh. And then there is manime like JoJo's bizarre adventure, Hokuto No Ken, Berserk and Cowboy Bebop. And ofc Spongebob Squarepants.
