Conclave Concordance doesn't work with this bg. Memento is ok, but not great. You should add an Inhibit Power. Covenant on De'Lim is pretty good as well. Not seeing much point in Deadly Tracker or Menalaus in this bg. Spirit of Endurance is also an odd choice. If you can get them I'd look to add Seeker of the Source, a Naria Queen and a Naria Strangler. You might want to switch Brambles for Carnivorous Roots. Roots disengages champs and prevents them from engaging. It can allow you to get around blocking champs pretty easily. Might want to consider adding another Nature's Wrath or a Thorn Collection if you have one. Looks like a fun bg to play with.
Elven Taskmaster or Wilderkin Snakedancer, while not as good, work pretty well as a substitute for Strangler

Definitely try and fit some healing in there, either gnarlwood lifegiver or catharsis bloom. I'd ditch the sabotage. Do you find yourself lacking melee or ranged? How have your games gone? still some strange choices in there though.
what's your in game name? I'll try and keep an eye out for you and give you some tips about playing. I would also recommend joining a guild. I would say join mine (the LADs), but we are mostly English speaking.
